RION VA12 Portable Vibration Analyzers

RION VA12 Portable Vibration Analyzers is a powerful (yet easy to use), practical and self-standing machinery vibration analyser which stores data in standard formats (csv and standard wav files) enabling analysis without the user being tied to a specific condition monitoring package or particular analysis software. However, you don’t have to download the instrument before you can analyse the data. The full colour backlit screen is visible in all lighting conditions and the user can see the characteristics of the vibration data and measurement parameters properly whilst on site.

Description :

meter performs four principal functions. As a vibration meter it will simultaneously display overall levels of vibration in terms of acceleration, velocity and displacement. As an FFT analyser it will show the (instantaneous, linear or exponentially averaged or maximum) spectrum in terms of acceleration, velocity or displacement. The waveform for each vibration parameter can be viewed when the meter is put in Time mode. Finally, the instrument can also store calibrated wav files to the SD card allowing full post processing on any measured signals using whatever post processing software you have available (as long as it can read a standard wav file).

• Rion VA-12 Vibration analyser is a portable vibration analyser for equipment diagnosis and on-site measurements with a built in FFT analysis function.
• Rion VA-12 Vibration Analyzer is a single channel highly portable FFT analyser which finds applications across:
• Product Development – Vibration measurement at various stages of product development
• Quality Assurance – Pre-shipment, post installation operation checks
• Maintenance – Startup testing after periodic maintenance and servicing
• Simple Diagnosis – Daily routine checks and monitoring of unusual conditions
• Precision Diagnosis – Measurement of problem vibrations and detection of fault sources
• The Rion VA-12 Vibration Analyzer has the capability to measure in Vibration Meter, Time Waveform and FFT Analyzer modes. The wide selection of modes result in a versatile meter which can perform in which ever scenario the user is presented with.
• In FFT analysis mode it is possible to overlay previously recorded data allowing for easier comparisons.
