SPECTRA ProMark 800 GNSS Base and Rover GPS Geodetic is a multi-frequency GNSS reciever that provides surveyors with steady and accurate readings in the field. With over 120 channels, this pole-mounted receiver is used as a powerful antenna to track GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO satellites. When combined with a data collector or handheld GPS device, it becomes a full network RTK rover.

Using the ProMark 800 as a powerful antenna, this GNSS receiver can be connected to any Spectra data collector like the Spectra Ranger 3 to create a ready-to-use RTK rover. For even more flexibility, the Ashtech ProMark 800 can also be paired with the versatile ProMark 120 GPS receiver for additional functions such as pre-survey and GIS data collection or with the MobileMapper 10 data collector that can maintain operation for over 20 hours. The ProMark 800 GNSS receiver can also be upgraded with FAST Output survey software to increase its processor speed to up to 20Hz and integrates with Spectra Survey Pro and Office software.

Field-proven ergonomic design

With Spectra’s Z-Blade technology and GLONASS and GALILEO satellites, the ProMark 800 receiver can maintain fast and stable RTK positions even when GPS coverage is insufficient or in obstructed locations. This survey GPS device tracks both L1 and L2 frequencies but can be upgraded to track the L5 GPS frequency as well.

With the advanced technology on board the ProMark 800, GNSS signals can be found in as fast as 2 seconds, allowing for accurate real time results. This GPS survey equipment has a real time kinematic (RTK) accuracy of 1 cm with a range of up to 25 miles.
Ashtech ProMark 800 is dustproof and can withstand tough weather conditions with a protection rating of IP65. This rover and rover/base system is cable free with a clear graphic OLED display. In addition, the survey device has a battery life of over 8 hours and weighs only 3.1 pounds, so it’s easy to transport. For maximum flexibility in the field, the ProMark 800 supports multiple wireless network communications such as cellular data and radio frequency.
